Myself, Jayaprakasan, from God's own country, Kerala State, ( South India ); An ex-service man ( Now employed in a Kerala State Public sector ) married to a loving lady Suja a teacher and live in Muvattupuzha ( Ernakulam, Kerala ). (My native place is Palakkad) We don't have kids. I have passion for food and cooking from early age. Thanks to my mom, She encouraged me a lot in the early age. She never get angry with me even if I done mistakes in cooking and wasted the food stuff in the kitchen. This habit made me keep an eye for the various of food and cuisines.

I write about cooking that have been from my family's,magazines,tv shows , cook book or inspired by friends and relatives.
